Donald grew up in Lake City, SC. He later graduated from The Citadel.  After graduation Donald began working in the land business for National Land Partners, a division of Timberline Land Company. By 2004 he was leading in the company sales volume and units; soon after he was promoted as Event Sales Manager. In 2007 Donald became the sales manager of Southeast Land Partners and was responsible for 1.8 million in sales for 2007 alone. Donald is now the Managing Broker of Carolina Land Realty’s Greenville Office.  His proven sales record and vast experience in the land business makes him invaluable to our team.

Donald now lives in Greenville, SC with his one year old son.


Susan FloydSusan Floyd
Director of Marketing

Susan grew up in Greer, South Carolina and attended Clemson University; she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. As the Director of Marketing for Carolina Land Realty, Susan works with each agent to obtain information on our listings and market properties. She works to market clients’ properties by creating marketing packages, marketing flyers, working extensively with mapping programs, and working to connect buyers, sellers, and agents; she also markets our clients’ properties through various media sources. Her initiative and creativity makes her a valuable asset for the team of Carolina Land Realty.

Along with Susan’s completion of her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University, she has accomplished many other things. Some of her triumphs include: participant in the Multiple Sclerosis Fundraiser Walk, coordinator for a Toys for Tots fundraiser drop off location, and an active member and donor to organizations such as the ASPCA Advocacy Brigade, the IFAW Organization, the WSPA Organization, and the Humane Society of the United States. Susan currently resides in Greer, South Carolina. Some of her interests include outdoor activities such as hiking and gardening. Susan also enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets.
