Brad Church
Land Specialist

Born and Raised in Toccoa, GA, Brad has always been comfortable spending time outdoors. In 2002, after graduating from Samford University in Birmingham, AL, Brad moved to Vail, CO where he spent a year hiking, biking, golfing, and snow skiing before returning home to work on his Masters Degree at Columbia Theological Seminary. Upon completion of his Masters, Brad moved to Coastal Georgia and began work at The Sea Island Company. He later went to work for Creative Communities selling properties in the Lake Country of Georgia and the Mountains of Western North Carolina. At Creative Communities, Brad was Salesperson of the year twice and was promoted to Director of Sales. He has spent the last three years at Capital Creek Development selling properties all over Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Virginia. While at Capital Creek he earned top honors as Salesperson of the year along with acting as the Firm's Broker in Charge.

Brad is excited to be back close to home in Athens, GA and focusing on the area of the country he grew up in. He enjoys Golfing, Snow Skiing, Aviation, and College Football.

Tommy Fricks
Land Specialist

Tommy Fricks grew up in Toccoa, GA. While attending UGA, Tommy built his first business with his father and created a design/build firm initially building roads in the mountains of NE GA for the forestry service, and starting an ornamental growing operation on their farm. After obtaining his license as a Landscape Architect, Tommy expanded the nursery operation into a small chain of retail stores. The landscape architecture practice expanded into urban design and project management assisting local governments obtain federal transportation grants and implementation of award winning plans Fricks designed. A third business was created to develop residential neighborhoods and homes. That firm evolved into commercial construction and commercial property management. After being recruited to help launch a new project in GA in 2006, Tommy became the top producer in sales the first year. He made the decision to sell and lease his other businesses and dedicate his efforts full time to marketing and selling land.

In his free time Tommy enjoys travel, aviation, sports and grandchildren!
